Fantastic Pan

I bought this 2qt. and 3qt. sauce pan years ago and love it!! I love the big spouts to drain liquids. There are other brands of this "pour spout" type pan, but the spouts are too little. I have learned through experience to not put them in the dishwasher. The prongs of the dishwasher scratch the inner surface of the pan. I really have enjoyed the ease of cooking that it brings that I don't mind washing it by hand. It will give the pan a longer life span and will keep in good condition. BUY IT!!!!!!

Wonderful Pan

This Bialetti 2 qt. pan is wonderful. I love the glass cover so I can see if it's close to boiling over. It's well made and heats evenly. Clean-up is a breeze. Buy it.

just ok, inconsistent cooking

Pros:Pour spouts, main reason i got this.Handle doesn't get hotDrains liquid easilyLooks good on any counter topCons:No additional layer at the bottom to help distributing the heat evenly.Neither conducts heat evenly nor holds temperature well.Non-stick surface is inconsistent and shows wear after very little use even though we were very careful with it.The item description says "Durable nonstick interior NSF approved", it's not. Will be ordering the "Wearever Cook & Strain Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set" from amazon soon as all the items in that set have the pour spout feature and stainless steel, no coating to peel off.Thank you amazon.
