Blinis are light and fluffy (pancake-like) and are ideal for breakfast, brunch, hors d' oeuvres or light suppertime treat. Heavy cast aluminum pan. Non-stick coating for easy cleaning and to aid in release of pancakes. Designed to fit all types of stoves-electric, gas or glass-topped. Seven cavities to bake several blinis at once. Wash in hot, soapy water; dry. After using, wash in warm, soapy water, dry and store. To remove baked-on food particles, use a cleaning pad designed for non-stick finishes. works beautifully

This pan does exactly what it is supposed to do and does it very well. I have found that making blinis or small nordic style pancakes with it is easy and fun.
