Very happy with this product

We have been very happy with this product so far and use it almost daily. I have found I need to use about half the oil I typically needed which was an unexpected bonus. We have been using it on an electric stove top and in the oven. It heats up a bit slower than our older, cheaper pots as you would expect. As advertised it cooks evenly and it is light enough that I can lift it one handed -- couldn't do that with other pots we compared with. If the pot holds up long-term, we will replace all of our pots with this brand.

Wonderful pan!

I have a beautiful set of stainless steel pans that my eggs stick to no matter what I do. Bialetti Aeternum Evolution Saute pan to the rescue! Works great and has none of the icky particles from typical non stick surfaces.
