Nice lid!

Great combo with the jambalaya pot, the paddle and the banjo burner! I've made boiled crawfish, boiled shrimp and an awesome gumbo with this combo kit. It's also great for chilies, stews and great for frying!

Cover fits the jambalaya pot pretty good. I didn't like having to purchase a lid seperately. You can't cook jambalaya without a lid so why not include the lid with the pot? Just a thought...

Gets the job done

Fairly thick and stiff aluminum lid. Utilitarian, gets the job done with no frills.Be nice if it had a heat resistant handle.
